Yesterday, I attended the World Sushi Cup 2025. This competition is designed for sushi chefs of foreign nationality to showcase their skills in hygiene management and sushi preparation, ultimately crowning the world’s top sushi chef. The finals were held at the venue of the Japan International Seafood Show, a global seafood trade fair. It was an incredible event that truly underscored how sushi has become an internationally celebrated cuisine!
