‘Omakase’ means ‘I’ll leave it up to you,’ reflecting the trust in the chef’s craftsmanship as they handcraft and season the sushi right before your eyes.

Features 12 pieces of seasonal nigiri sushi from The Colors of Sushi, a creamy melting tofu miso soup, 3 side dishes including today’s sashimi – fish carpaccio, and a seasonal dessert for each guest.
JPY 50,000 / per trip Tokyo metropolitan area.
JPY 40,000-50,000 / per person
Our personal sushi cheffing is designed to accommodate groups of 4 to 8 guests. While we can arrange a service for 2 guests, the cost will be relatively higher due to the personalized experience. For groups larger than 8, maintaining the quality and intimacy of the service becomes challenging, so we currently do not offer this option.
We also offer plans for guests to visit our guestroom in the Chiba/Makuhari convention area, or dine at partner restaurants in Shin-Matsudo, Chiba, and Tsudanuma, Chiba.
